The Leadership and Experience Council of the New Jersey State Bar Association is dedicated to supporting lawyers at every stage of their professional journey — from those beginning to build their practices to those transitioning from active practice into new professional or personal pursuits.
For seasoned and mid-career lawyers, the Council provides resources and a collegial forum to explore new directions — whether transitioning from public service to private practice, winding down a law firm, or preparing for full or partial retirement.
