Joseph P. Cadicina is a member of Cadicina Law, LLC and concentrates his practice in the area of divorce, matrimonial, domestic violence and family law.
He previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Mark M. Russello, J.S.C., Family Division, Bergen County.
Mr. Cadicina is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.
He received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree with Distinction.
Mr. Cadicina is the Past President of the Morris County Bar Association & Foundation and member of the Bergen County Bar Association
He is a family law executive committee member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice. In addition, he is a master in the Northern New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court.
Mr. Cadicina is a Court Approved Economic Mediator for Family Law Cases and performs private divorce mediation and arbitration for clients.
Mr. Cadicina served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Northern New Jersey American Heart/American Stoke Association, Gala and Walk Committees.
He served nine years as a Borough Councilman and one year as Council President in Franklin Lakes, NJ
Mr. Cadicina served as a past president and vice president of the Garfield Board of Education from 1990-1993. When elected to the Board in 1990, he was considered one of the youngest elected officials in New Jersey.
