The Product Liability and Mass Tort Section seeks to connect attorneys interested in this area of the law and maintain awareness of the practices’ unique approach to litigation among the rest of the bar. The Section also reviews proposed and recent changes in civil liabilities and related laws regarding products and toxic substances to advise members on how to adapt their practices and foster a dialogue on the propriety of those changes. The Section advises the State Bar on these developments as well.
