    Hello Family Lawyers!

I hope you are well and that your December is off to a great start. I want to flag for you a program being presented through ICLE this month that may be of particular interest to you.

When you are an attorney licensed to practice in the diverse tri-state area– in New Jersey nearly one of every four residents is an immigrant -- it just makes good sense to have a basic understanding of immigration law. Get a primer with Immigration Law Basics for Every Attorney on Dec. 8, a virtual program that will demystify immigration law and equip practitioners of any practice area with preliminary knowledge about the U.S. immigration system, identify legal issues you may need to refer to other specialties, and more. This is a particularly important topic if you are in criminal law and municipal practice, family law or labor and employment law. To learn more and register, click here.

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy end to 2023!
