Good afternoon,
I need to serve a divorce complaint on a Defendant who resides in Tunisia. I have no contact with him but have a good address for service. I have a general understanding of the process to get this done, but has anyone accomplished service of process in Tunisia specifically recently who could provide a bit more focused advice? In addition, has anyone used an international process server with any success? Any help greatly appreciated.
