I have a new client consultation today and florida resident client wants to take gaurdianship of his 22-yr old step-brother who is sick with sever autism and currently in a facility. The patient's parents are deceased and there is no one who can care for him and his health is deteriorating.
- would a gaurdian ship action be able to be instituted inNJ or how would it work?
- florida resident is willing to move to NJ
