NJICLE’s 2025 Domestic Violence seminar offers attorneys an opportunity to delve into the complexities and nuances of domestic violence cases and refine their trial tactics for effective representation.

Despite ongoing efforts to raise public awareness, domestic violence remains a pervasive issue, with incidents occurring across all segments of society every day. With the rise in the domestic violence cases involving technology and cyber harassment, the New Jersey Prevention of Domestic Violence Act (PDVA) offers protection to victims in obtaining a final restraining order for these predicate acts of domestic violence.

To secure optimal outcomes for clients, a comprehensive understanding of domestic violence and the PDVA and adept strategies for navigating diverse scenarios is imperative. In just one session, gain mastery over the intricacies that might otherwise take weeks to grasp.
