The court rules covering court-ordered dispute resolution were amended on July 21, 2011 and will take effect on Sept. 1. CDR is on probation. You can help. This seminar, conducted by Mercer County Assignment Judge Linda R. Feinberg will review the thinking behind the new rules, and will include FAQs for mediators, a draft check list for mediation advocates and a draft check list for court-appointed mediators. Litigators, mediators and advocates in and for mediation should attend.
