The Solo and Small-Firm Section promotes the objectives by and amongst sole practitioners and small firms within the general practice of law. The section endeavors to stimulate the interest of its members and NJ State Bar Association members at-large in the management, development and promotion of the interests of sole practitioners and small firms. The goals of the section include promoting general knowledge surrounding the practice of law in areas including law office management, administration and economics, and all specialty fields of the practice of importance to sole practitioners, small firms and the general practitioner, and all aspects of solo and small firm practice as well as the general practice of law.
