The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for its Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) members and non-lawyers are invited to apply for the positions at the NJSBF, the Association’s charitable and educational arm.
The following positions are open:
NJSBF officers: One-year terms for president, first vice president, second vice president, treasurer (no incumbent) and secretary (no incumbent). These officers and the immediate past president comprise the Executive Committee.
NJSBF Board of Trustees: There are 27 trustees on the board and each selected trustee will serve for a one-year term beginning at the close of business on June 15. Trustees are eligible to serve a maximum of eight terms on the board. There are two open trustee positions (no incumbents) for the 2021–2022 term.
