George Smudin v. Chrisanne Smudin, Appellate Division DOCKET NO. A-1525-14T3, unpublished decision 11/18/15

I advised pro se Plaintiff-Appellant George Smudin in briefing the issue that under Mahoney v. Pennell, the trial court erred in failing to determine the actual emancipation dates of his two adult daughters, case remanded to Superior Court, Monmouth County, to determine actual emancipation dates and terminate child support retroactively to those dates.
