I always do a Substitution of Attorney if I can't continue my
representation in an FD matter.

I was wondering if someone could answer this question off the top of their head....
Is leave of Court or a signed Substitution of Attorney required for an attorney to withdraw their appearance in a non-dissolution custody matter?
I have an extremely non-cooperative client in a pending FD matter and I need to terminate the relationship ASAP. Hearing is scheduled for next week.
Thanks, I am tied up today and do not have time to do the research.
