I am seeking language for a PSA provision to provide for the wife and children to live in the marital home post-judgment, until the last child graduates college. I represent the wife. There is equity in the home and a mortgage. The wife will be paying the mortgage. The net sale proceeds will be shared. I'm thinking that the provision should deal with post-judgment paydown of mortgage principal, necessary repairs, necessary capital expenditures, and a right of first refusal, among other things.
