    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Tuesday, Oct. 9, NJICLE will present a seminar on what to do if your client dies. Your Client's Dead - Now What will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

This novice level seminar will cover real-life advice for situations they didn't teach you about in law school. You write wills or draft trusts all the time - but what will you do when you get the call that your client is dead, and the deceased's family is looking to you for guidance?

Register today to pick up a simple to follow "checklist" of steps you need to follow to make the worst of situations easier for everyone involved.
