    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Saturday, April 21, NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Military Law and Veterans' Affairs Section will present What Every Lawyer Should Know if Your Client is Active Duty Military or a Veteran from 9 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    If your practice includes family law or labor and employment law, you won't want to miss the legal information and updates our panel of experts will provide in these areas. You'll also learn how any lawyer can become accredited to assist Veterans to appeal denial of benefits. Our speakers have decades of experience in representing members of the military, and will help you to understand their unique needs so you can better serve the people who devote their lives to serving our country.

    The general tuition for this course is $75.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these,1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/ professionalism.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.2 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.2 ethics/professionalism credits.
    PA CLE: 2.5 substantive and 1.0 ethics credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 3.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits
