NJSBA Family Law Section

Family law department seeks two associate attorneys with 3+ years of courtroom experience in Family Law.  Our associates provide support to full range of family law cases – divorce, custody/visitation, domestic violence, alimony and child support, relocation; responsibilities include working directly with clients. Excellent writing, listening and organizational skills, plus a demonstrable interest in family law are required. Candidate must be licensed in in NJ, and have experience in trial preparation, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery other legal documents. The right candidate is self-motivated, personable and looking for professional growth in a team environment. Salary depends upon experience. Medical and retirement benefits available.
