    On Thursday, April 30, NJICLE will present Webcast - What Family Lawyers Should Know About the CARES Act from 4 to 5:15 p.m.

    The CARES Act is the federal government's unprecedented response to an unprecedented situation. COVID-19 has impacted just about every business, and family law firms are no exception. Our webinar reviews the types of assistance CARES offers law firms, and our panel will also review CARES impact on your clients and their matrimonial matters.

    PA CLE: 1.0 substantive credits pending ($4 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 1.5 professional practice credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $79. The general tuition is $99.
