Good morning Family Law Section members,

On Tuesday, Dec. 14, NJICLE will present Webcast- The Top 20 Ways to Get Disbarred, Suspended or Reprimanded from 12 to 2 p.m.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.

Practicing law is like walking in a minefield - any one of a number of missteps can result in your being reprimanded, suspended or even worse... disbarred. This is particularly true given the increased competition that many members of the bar experience in their areas of practice. This course will give you confidence when competing by helping to keep within the confines of the NJ Rules of Professional Conduct.
Register today to learn EXACTLY what to watch out for, including the more common ways that your actions (or inactions) can have serious consequences for your practice and your clients.

You worked hard to earn your law license - this webinar will help ensure that you can keep it and remain in good standing!
