Webcast- Protecting Trans and Non-Binary Youth from
3 to 5 p.m."Protecting Transgender and Non Binary Youth" will cover developments in both Civil Rights Law and Family Law that affect transgender and non binary youth. The presentation will begin with a background on transgender and non binary identities and related rights. It will look at civil rights protections (or the lack thereof) for transgender and non binary youth in New Jersey and nationally. Finally, the presentation will address challenges facing transgender and non binary youth that can arise in family law situations.
