67% of New Jersey residents voted to approve recreational use marijuana in New Jersey. This new industry will affect nearly every legal practice in the Garden State. From labor and employment to business and corporate law, from family law to civil litigation, from intellectual property to technology/cyber security, from banking to insurance, and, of course, municipal court, criminal law and individual rights there will be a vast change.
