Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

On Friday, Oct. 30, NJICLE will present Webcast- Intersection of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Marriage and Divorce for the 55+ Crowd from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

This seminar is a must for both Estate Planners and Divorce Attorneys. A divorce causes the need for the revision or creation of an estate plan for the divorcing individual. When revising or creating an estate plan during or post-divorce, there are many issues that need to be taken into consideration--especially when an individual has adult children. This brand-new seminar provides a complete overview of those issues. Register today so that you know what needs to be addressed during your clients’ divorces or how to prepare the best estate plan you can when a divorce is involved.
