    On Thursday, Nov. 11, NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Family Law Section will present Webcast- Hot Tips in Family Law: What I Wish I Knew When I Was Starting Out from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

    Seasoned family lawyers hone their skills in the trenches. There is no substitute for experience, which provides insight, knowledge, and perspective. Some of New Jersey's most prominent matrimonial attorneys and retired judges recall what they wished they knew at the beginning of their careers at our program. They will share the skills and techniques they learned through experience about handling demanding clients and adversaries, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases.     NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.7 credits (50 minute hour)
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 4.5 general credits
    PA CLE: 3.5 substantive credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 4.5 professional practice credits

    The tuition for Section and NJSBA members is $145. The general tuition is $180.
