Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

On Wednesday, Nov. 11, NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Family Law Section will present Webcast- Hot Tips in Family Law: Strategic Considerations in Family Law Litigation from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Divorce is a journey from one part of a person's life to another. Family law attorneys are its field guides. It is their job to help clients avoid dangerous detours and get safely through the emotional and legal woods, so they arrive safely at their new destination in life. Every case is different, so attorneys need to chart a strategic path at the outset of litigation, so clients are not left wandering through the divorce forest.

At our fast-paced program, seasoned family law attorneys will share their experience about developing litigation plans that protect their client's interests while keeping their journey's end in sight.
