    Hello Family Law Section members,

On Tuesday, Aug. 4, NJICLE will present Webcast - Family Law for New Attorneys and Paralegals from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Family law practitioners depend on their support teams to perform many functions in matrimonial practice. We've designed this program specifically for new attorneys and paralegals or legal assistants who handle family law matters. It focuses on the technical requirements, skills, and techniques they need to provide meaningful support in a family law practice.

As an attendee, you will learn the foundations of a successful family law case - the paperwork, the filings, and the preliminary motions. You'll delve into Court Rules, review the CIS and other forms and find out how to complete them, as well as learn practical techniques for preparing motions and pendente lite applications. It's also an excellent brush-up for attorneys who understand the law behind "basic" family law cases, but not necessarily the mechanics of bringing or defending a family law case.
