On Monday, Oct. 12, NJICLE in cooperation with the AAML-NJ Chapter will present Webcast - Family Law Certification Prep Course from 9 a.m.to 4:30 p.m.

A course for those needing a comprehensive understanding of New Jersey Family Law OR individual preparation for the Certification Exam.

Why You Should Attend:
This prep course provides a broad overview of matrimonial law for attorneys who are prepping for the Matrimonial Certification Exam or who want a comprehensive course review of family law. Presented in cooperation with AAML-NJ and several of their Fellows, the program will review subjects most likely to arise in family practice as set forth by the Board of Attorney Certification (“the practice of law dealing with all aspects of antenuptial and domestic relationships, divorce, annulments, alimony, child support, separate maintenance, child custody matters, equitable distribution, domestic violence, paternity and post-judgment matters”)

NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 7.3.qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 7.3 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.0 ethics/professionalism credits
Matrimonial Law Certification: 7.3 general credits pending
PA CLE: 5.5 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($24 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
NY CLE (nt): 6.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits

The tuition for NJSBA members is $159. The general tuition is $199.
