    Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

    On Monday, Oct. 11, NJICLE in cooperation with the New Chapter of the AAML and NJSBA Family Law Section will present Webcast- Family Law Certification Prep Course from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Our full-day course is for anyone who wants to spend a day improving their knowledge of family law or who plans to sit for the Matrimonial Certification Exam through the New Jersey Board of Attorney Certification. Our speakers are all Fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial lawyers and will provide an insightful overview of the major areas in Family Law.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 7.3 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 7.3 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.0 ethics/professionalism credits
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 7.3 general credits
    PA CLE: 5.5 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($24 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 6.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits

    The tuition for Section and NJSBA members is $169. The general tuition is $199.
