    Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

    On Saturday, Oct. 1, NJICLE will present Webcast- Family Law Case Law Update 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

    For over 25 years, hundreds of New Jersey family lawyers and general practitioners have relied on NJICLE's annual Family Law Update to provide them with a comprehensive overview of the year's New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division family law cases and other significant family law developments. This year’s program features an in-depth discussion about the key new cases every family lawyer should know.

Cases to be discussed include relevant Appellate Division Cases (both published and unpublished) relating to parental rights, settlement agreements, attorney’s fees, psychological parents and NJUCCJEA. Our panel will also discuss selected unpublished Appellate Division cases.

    CLE Credits:
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.5 credits (50 minute hour)
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 4.5 general credits pending
    PA CLE: 3.5 substantive credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 4.5 professional practice credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $160. The general tuition is $200. The paralegal tuition is $130.
