Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

On Tuesday, April 27, NJICLE will present Webcast - Domestic Violence Workshop from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

NJICLE’s 2021 Domestic Violence Workshop will provide attorneys the opportunity to focus on the latest developments and emerging topics in handling domestic violence cases.

Despite increasing public awareness of the brutality and frequency of domestic violence, these devastating acts continue to occur in alarming numbers among all levels of society. In New Jersey, the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act provides the rubric for handling this type of case.

In order to achieve the best outcome for the clients you represent, it is essential that you have a firm understanding of the Act as well as real strategies for handling the many situations that can arise when handling these cases. At this seminar, our panel will offer insight as to the newest developments in this area of law. In one morning, master what might otherwise take weeks to learn.

Register today to gain the essentials of Domestic Violence practice in New Jersey.
