    On Thursday, April 8, NJICLE will present Webcast- DECISIONS DECISIONS - A Breakfast Program with Governor Chris Christie and Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick from 9 to 11 a.m.

    How do you make decisions for the cases you are handling? For your practice?

    Join us for a conversation with Governor Chris Christie and Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick as they share their tips and strategies for making intelligent day to day decisions in your practice. With over 50 years of experience between them, these two New Jersey leaders will talk about the importance of gathering information, considering the options, evaluating the risks, and anticipating the impact of certain decisions as they address questions such as:

    • How do you decide who to hire or who to fire?
    • How do you decide which cases to accept and which to turn away?
    • How do you decide whether or not to litigate a case?
    • How do you decide what to say in your opening statement?
    • How do you decide whether or not to call a witness?
    • How do you decide whether or not to cross examine a witness?
    • How do you decide what to say in a closing argument?

    Through a sharing of anecdotes and personal experience, you’ll walk away with a new appreciation on how even the smallest decision you make may impact the cases you are handling.…all with a little Bramnick and Christie humor.

    PA CLE: 2.0 substantive credits pending ($8 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 2.0 professional practice credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $99. The general tuition is $125.
