Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

On Thursday, April 30, NJICLE will present Webcast- Coronavirus: Emerging Issues in Family Law from from 9:30 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.

Covid-19 has upended most of our daily routines. It has also upended divorce negotiations, court proceedings, and parenting plans. Post-judgment matters have exponentially increased in record time, with concerns ranging from emergent parenting time changes to downward modifications of support. In addition, access to the courts has changed, and family lawyers must find creative ways to resolve their clients' differences so they can settle cases and post-judgment matters. During our second webinar on family law issues and Covid-19, our seasoned panel brings you up-to-date on the latest developments in the Family Part and will discuss how judges and the AOC are responding to the crisis. They will also provide practical suggestions for addressing sticky parenting plan situations and financial uncertainty brought on by the virus.

In Make America Healthy Again, Nicole Saphier, a Memorial Sloan Kettering physician, nationally recognized patient advocate, and media personality, reveals how individual negligence and big government incompetence have destroyed America's health care system. Combining historical events, economic trends, and essential lifestyle advice, with her unique perspective, she offers concrete solutions to address this epic problem. Available for pre-sale now
