    Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

    On July 26 and 27, NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Family Law Section will present Webcast- 2022 Family Law Summer Institute.

    The Family Law Summer Institute is a two-day, information-packed program that provides keen insights into almost all aspects of matrimonial practice. Every family lawyer will benefit from attending. Attorneys starting their legal careers will learn from a large and authoritative panel of matrimonial attorneys and judges discussing how to conduct client interviews, deal with adversaries, and negotiate, settle, and try cases. Experienced attorneys benefit from hearing fresh insights and nuanced perspectives about handling complicated and ethically challenging problems that arise in family practice.

    CLE Credits
    Day 1
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 7.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 7.7 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.0 ethics/professionalism credits
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 7.7 general credits pending
    PA CLE: 5.5 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($24 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 6.5 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits

    Day 2
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 8.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for diversity and inclusion and 8.2 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 8.2 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.0 diversity and inclusion credit.
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 8.2 general credits pending
    PA CLE: 6.0 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($28 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 7.0 professional practice and 1.0 diversity and inclusion credits

    The tuition for Section and NJSBA members is $225. The general tuition is $275.
