    On Wednesday, Feb. 24, NJICLE will present Webcast-2021 School Law Conference from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

    Hailed as the top School Law Conference in New Jersey for Board, Employee and Parent/Child attorneys

    NJICLE is pleased to present the 18th Annual School Law Conference. This comprehensive program features a case law and legislative update, a timely roundtable discussion on free speech rights, a panel presentation on COVID-related issues involving school district operations, a session dedicated to ethical issues that school law practitioners need to be aware of, and entirely new workshops focusing on specific areas of school law including the U.S. Department of Education's new Title IX regulation on student sexual harassment; conducting special education evaluations during COVID; up-to-date strategies and concerns in presenting cases at the OAL; and the latest employment law issues involving school employees.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 6.3 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.0 ethics/professionalism credits
    PA CLE: 4.5 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($20 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (nt): 5.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $159. The general tuition is $199.
