Webcast-2020 LGBTQ Rights Annual Update from
9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.No matter what area of law you specialize in, you will encounter LGBTQ clients in your practice. You cannot provide superior representation to LGBTQ clients unless you understand their needs and perspectives, and how the interplay between sexual orientation and gender identity (also known as SOGI) can impact a client’s access to justice.
