Client, husband, was marred in July '09 & separated in Oct. '10.  He is 71 years old & has a pension plan through his employment.  He is still working & not collecting the pension.  Do you have language to put in a Judgment or property settlement agreement for wife to waive all her rights to his pension.  I want to aviod doing a QDRO when husband retires or now.  His pension is reduced as things stand now if wife does not waive her right to receive payments after his death after he retires.
Husband is receiving Social Security now.  Does the Judgment need language to deal with wife's interest in husband's Social Security?
If you have language or a cite to authority, I will be grateful.
    Thanks!!
