Attorneys should keep in mind that virtual court proceedings may be live streamed through the Court's website at njcourts.gov; however, not all virtual proceedings need to be live streamed. If your matter involves testimony, evidence or any other reference to information that is confidential or that should be protected from broad public access, you should bring it to the attention of the judge before or at the beginning of the proceeding and request that the proceeding not be live streamed and be conducted in a way that protects the confidential information.
