Value of US Citizenship acquired as the result of marriage

Based upon my preliminary research, it appears that there is an economic value attributable to naturalization. (Migration Policy Institute 2012). It is my initial opinion that the acquisition of US citizenship by way of a sponsoring spouse has value to the sponsored spouse, which can be valued and should be subject to equitable distribution. The developing argument is that the acquisition of US citizenship is analogous to "celebrity goodwill" as analyzed in Piscopo v. Piscopo  232 NJ Super. 559 (1989). Can anyone recommend an expert with experience in valuing US citizenship?
