    I have a divorce from 2007 where Wife has recently learned of a substantial bank account in another country that husband failed to disclose during the divorce. The fraud statute of limitations is 6 years from the fraudulent act or from when it is discovered.   Has anyone had a similar situation ater such a long time from the divorce? Would the court's file on the divorce still exist?
