    There is still time to register for the upcoming New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators Conference on Divorce and Civil Mediation to be held Saturday, April 14th at the Imperia in Somerset.  

    We are approved for 5.2 CLE credits plus 1.5 credits in Ethics. The conference fulfills the requirements for 4.0 Continuing Legal Education credits for the NJ-AOC in mediation under Rule 1:40.  .

    • 3:10 - 4:00     "Navigating and Understanding the Pitfalls of College Choice and Financial Aid Issues and Considerations for Separating/Divorcing Clients." Seven Sirot and David Slater are the principals of CBRG (College Benefits Research Group), a professional practice that helps guide lawyers and mediators throughout New Jersey will present on understanding and navigating the pitfalls of college choice and financial aid issues and considerations for our clients.

    • 2:25 – 3:45 Case Analysis and Mediation: Partnership Dispute or Is It?
    • Enhancing skills to understand the facts, spot and manage the legal issues, recognize the hidden emotional issues, and develop methods to use those elements to bring the parties to resolution.

    Cancellation Policy per Annual Conference:  Registrants cancelling by 3/30/2018 will be refunded the entire conference fee; from 3/31/2018 to 4/10/2018 they will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.  After 4/10/2018, Registrants who do not attend will not receive a refund, but will receive the Conference Materials
