    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Friday, June 15, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present Understanding Parental Alienation in Custody Cases from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    This program will help matrimonial attorneys and other family law professionals understand what parental alienation is (and what it is not). Gain a new understanding into the dynamics of parental alienation and how it affects the children involved. Learn what to do if you suspect that it is occurring.

    The tuition for section members is $146. The tuition for NJSBA members is $156 and the general tuition is $195.

    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit for matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute hour)
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 4.0 custody credits pending
    PA CLE: 3.0 substantive credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 4.0 professional practice credits
