    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Saturday, March 10, NJICLE will present Trends in Psychology and Family Law: Essential Psychological Considerations That Can Make Handling Difficult Family Law Cases Easier from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    It's important for family lawyers to understand the psychological aspects of the divorce process so they can manage their clients and cases with sensitivity and perspective. To do that, they need to keep abreast of the latest developments in family forensic psychology. This informative new seminar brings together attorneys and mental health professionals to discuss innovative ways of dealing with high conflict cases, new developments in psychological testing, and innovative programs to help carry your clients through the difficult divorce process.

    PA CLE: 4.0 substantive credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
