Mates,
Client and ex-wife were divorced in Hudson County many years ago. Subsequently, they both (separately) moved to Middlesex and lived there for may years. Then, they both (separately) moved to Monmouth and have lived here for many years. Hudson County probation won't relinquish the account. (My client is a very good, on-time payer and has been the entire time.) The problem is that, Hudson County Probation, as they are wont to do, often makes mistakes that result in my client being required to appear in Hudson. He wants his case here. Do I file a motion in Hudson to move his account? Letters haven't worked.
Thanks,
