    Posted 06-17-2016 04:11 PM

I am in the process of drafting a prenuptial agreement for a client, there is no attorney on the other side and the other party does not speak English well, as she speaks Portuguese. Does anyone know of a translation service that is certified in New Jersey to provide translations of legal documents? Thanks.

I wonder if the list of Court Interpreters would be helpful.

A friend of mine and his family have a translation business located in South Jersey.  http://www.para-plus.com/

They often do legal work and I have referred many other attorneys to them.

You can speak with Carlos and let him know that I referred you.

    Mark,

I say this will complete respect.

You have a party on the other side who does not speak English well AND has no attorney?

Your client is looking for problems.

If there is no expert translator and she refuses to get a lawyer, I would not draft the prenup, period.
