We raised that too. We were told there would be a Court rule evidencing the change so that we can send a copy of the court rule to plan administrators, DMV and the like as they are used to the gold seal. Again, we appear far away from efiling and instead are focused on fighting these fee changes first.

NOTICE TO THE BAR
CERTIFIED JUDGMENTS OF DIVORCE - NO FEE FOR INITIAL COPY
This notice sets forth clarification of the process for a certified copy of a judgment
of divorce in the Chancery Division, Family Part.
Where an attorney or litigant furnishes a copy of the judgment of divorce, the
Superior Court Clerk or designee shall certify that the judgment is a true and accurate
copy of the judgment filed in the Superior Court. That one certified copy shall be
provided at no cost to the person requesting the certified document. Thus, each
attorney or self-represented litigant shall be entitled to one copy of the judgment of
divorce at no charge.
