    Hello friends:
Wow. You all are one seriously generous crew. Thank you to everyone for supporting the Lawyers Feeding New Jersey campaign. The Section did an amazing job raising an amazing amount of money to help food-insecure residents of our great state. Awesome.
    Stay safe. Stay well.

A shoutout to Family Law Section Chair Robin Bogan for arguing the NJSBA’s amicus position in Moynihan v. And thanks to Brian Schwartz for helping to write the brief. Plus a bonus appearance from President-Elect Jeralyn Lawrence as an amicus for AAML. Read the NJSBA brief here.

    Friends:
Please accept my apologies for not mentioning that Brian G. Paul also authored the Moynihan brief. Our advocacy and amicus program are robust thanks to our members for generously sharing their expertise and insights. It is deeply appreciated.
Thank you and fingers crossed for a successful outcome.
    Mea culpa,
    Kate
