I was recently retained in an FD matter where the Court entered an Order naming the Maternal Aunt as the Guardian for the child.  Thereafter a subsequent Order was entered requiring the parents to pay child support to the Maternal Aunt.  Maternal Aunt has now retained me to file an Application on her behalf to collect arrears from the Mother.  The Maternal Aunt was never named as a party to the FD action. 

In order to enforce the prior order as to child support, does Maternal Aunt now have to file a request to intervene in the FD action in addition to her request to enforce the prior Order as to child support?
