Therapist with specialization in transgender issues

  • 1.  Therapist with specialization in transgender issues

    Hi All,

    I am looking for a therapist who can assist a family with 3 young boys in how/ when to assist them with their dad who has begun the transitioning process.

    The parents live in Essex county but are willing to travel.

    Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.

    Is anyone able to recommend a matrimonial attorney who has knowledge of or experience with Sexual Compulsive Disorder and its attendant issues in divorce?  A referral to an attorney with sensitivity to these issues would be appreciated!

    What you are talking about is sexual addiction; no different, I think, than any other "addiction" a parent has that negatively impacts the family/children.  I'm curious if we have someone who specializes in this area and look forward to appearing at a CLE to learn about their specialty and impact on the practice.
