The Williams Law Group, LLC, a boutique Family Law Litigation practice with an emphasis on litigating child abuse and neglect issues, in all family law case types. We are located principally in Union, New Jersey, and are seeking to fill two attorney positions:
1. A Senior Associate with seven (7) to ten (10) years of litigation experience, with at least three (3) years handling family law matters, including DYFS/DCPP, divorce, domestic violence, post judgment, non-dissolution, and other family law related matters. Must have excellent analytical, listening, and writing skills. Trial experience required. Experience with Appellate Practice and Administrative Hearings, a plus. Prior supervisory experience, a plus. The ideal candidate will have a book of business.
2. An Associate with at least two (2) years of family law experience, including DYFS/DCPP, divorce, domestic violence, post judgment, non-dissolution, and other family law related matters. Must have excellent analytical, listening, and writing skills. Interest in trial practice and appellate practice required. A Family Law Clerkship, a plus.
