Williams Law Group, LLC is a rapidly growing boutique Family Law Litigation practice with an emphasis on litigating child abuse and neglect issues, in all family law case types. We are located principally in Union, New Jersey, moving in the fall to Short Hills, New Jersey, and are seeking associates with superstar potential who aim to grow, advance and become leaders in their own right.
The ideal candidates will have 5+ years of litigation experience, with at least three (3) years handling family law matters, including DYFS/DCPP, divorce, domestic violence, post judgment, non-dissolution, and other family law related matters. Must have excellent analytical, listening, and writing skills. Trial experience preferred. Experience with Appellate Practice and Administrative Hearings, a plus. The ideal candidate will have a book of business, but it is not required.
