    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Friday, Nov. 2, NJICLE will present The Essential New Jersey Legal Ethics Primer from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    This essential legal ethics primer is designed to provide you with a fast-paced review of the most important ethical concerns that arise in the practice of law. As an attendee, you'll hear a comprehensive review of the common pitfalls where attorneys are held accountable for inappropriate actions, as well as essential tips to help you avoid potential ethical traps altogether in the first place.You will also learn about the most recent disciplinary decisions of the Disciplinary Review Board and Supreme Court and recent amendments to the Rules of Professional Responsibility.

    CLE Credits:
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the
    Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.2 credits (50 minute hour), including 4.2 ethics/professionalism credits
    PA CLE: 3.5 substantive and ethics credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 4.0 professional practice and ethics credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $136. The general tuition is $175.

    I will be there at Advanced Matro Mediation Workshop on Niv.1 so I cannot do Nov.2 as well.
    Are there/will there be materials avialble for purchase please?
