The Essential New Jersey Legal Ethics Primer from
9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.This essential legal ethics primer is designed to provide you with a fast-paced review of the most important ethical concerns that arise in the practice of law. As an attendee, you'll hear a comprehensive review of the common pitfalls where attorneys are held accountable for inappropriate actions, as well as essential tips to help you avoid potential ethical traps altogether in the first place.You will also learn about the most recent disciplinary decisions of the Disciplinary Review Board and Supreme Court and recent amendments to the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
