Brief and motion for summary judgment are due tomorrow. I'll be here late tonight, shall we say. Trying to keep it to double digits, but it's still far and away the most complex, longest brief I've every tackled.
I'm getting a lot of good feedback and suggestions on it. If anyone wants to spend a couple of minutes and toss me any quick suggestions / thoughts, they are all welcomed and the vast majority incorporated into it. Either via an email, or download the .doc / .rtf, throw some notes in and then attach to an email and shoot back to me. Drafts are also posted to a webpage so no downloading / word processor necessary. It's long, but throwing in a few comments doesn't require reading it all.
